About Us

Horses on our farm

The farm is run by David and Suzanne Green and is based on top of Oxton Hill, near Southwell. We set up the holiday homes as we wanted to share the beautiful countryside that we live in with our guests.  It had been a dream for a long time to do this and we are delighted that our customers love our homes judging by the fabulous reviews and instant feedback as guests arrive.

We have a busy equestrian yard on the farm with  horses using our fields for grazing and exercising and a barn where the horses are stabled plus a sand school for exercising horses.

Our lovely shepherds huts have been open since 2018 and are  available for holidays, farmstays, over night stopovers for business visitors or pure getaway glamping fun.   You can also enjoy our stunning countryside and facilities in and around the farm using the extensive bridle paths and footpaths plus great road links to Southwell, Newark or Nottingham.

We have 75 acres of stunning Nottinghamshire countryside to explore and enjoy.  Bridle paths running through our land link to the villages of Epperstone and Thurgarton.  Footpaths galore to explore. The historic minster town of Southwell just 2.5 miles away, we really can offer a truly rural holiday without being totally remote.  We want to encourage guests to enjoy all that our area has to offer so bring your mountain bikes and use the tracks to visit the area.  You'll not have to go on a road for miles.

Why not bring your horse and use our paddocks for an overnight stay for them whilst you enjoy glamping at its best.
