We have two gorgeous huts:  Oxton Hill Hideaway and Oxton Hill Paddock View. Both have the same interior layout including log burning stove & logs, ensuite bathroom (shower & sink and WC) kitchenette (microwave, kettle, sink, toaster and a gas BBQ is available on request. A stay in our hut includes all sheets, duvet cover and towels plus we provide coffee, tea, milk, biscuits and a granola/porridge/cereal breakfast too. Cooking equipment includes a refrigerator, microwave and toaster inside. All cooking, washing and eating utensils are also provided.  Shampoo, shower gel and conditioner is included so all you need to do is bring yourself! 

Oxton Hill Hideaway has an enclosed garden so is  very suitable for guests with dogs, this overlooks a garden pond and is surrounded by tall trees. it has a slate patio area so is suitable summer and winter. See photos below.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Paddock View  overlooks the horse paddocks, and has fabulous views over to Belvoir Castle it has a lovely grassy garden area but is not fully enclosed.  It has a large slate and slab patio with external furniture. See photos below

We are a certificated location camp site with Freedom Camping.  This is registered with Natural England. Sadly we don't take touring caravans or tents and have just the two lovely huts and a bell tent in summer available so are beautifully discreet and unique.

Booking terms and conditions.

Once the booking has been made you can cancel up to 7 days prior to your stay.  Unfortunately after this time the full cost of your stay is incurred, payment is taken using  7 days prior to stay.  We recommend customers take out holiday insurance to cover any unfortunate circumstance where a stay cannot occur.  We are an adult only site and each hut sleeps a maximum of two . Dogs are very welcome but do incur a £10 per dog cleaning charge (no dogs classified under the Dangerous Dogs Act are permitted and the huts are really not suitable for dogs bigger than a labrador but do ask!) and a damage deposit will be taken for guests with dogs, refundable after your stay.
