 From Oxton roundabout take the roundabout turning towards Oxton, passing the Bridge pub on the left - but do not go into the village - follow this road round taking the 2nd left hand turn direction of Southwell.  Take this road for approx 2 miles until a steep hill, on the brow of the hill (immediately opposite a red post box and down a farm lane with green railings) turn right.  
Dumble End Farm is the first house on the left at the end of the green railings (told you it was a hideaway!!).

Pond View hut is on the LEFT of the main farm drive and Paddock View on the right.

The touring caravan site is in a lovely grass field overlooking paddocks beyond the farm house and barn.
